Looking ahead and my take
My read is simple: this is a cautious test of how far we can bend work hours without bending the city to breaking points. Rest helps people think clearly, and clearer thinking can lead to better results. If the numbers keep moving in a positive direction, more cities will listen. If not, the city can adjust or pause the plan. Either way, the process matters. It shows a public sector trying a human approach to work, not a harsh rule. It asks a real question about what kind of place Meadowridge wants to be and how work should fit into a life, not the other way around. The conclusion I draw is this: small changes can add up if we measure them honestly and stay open to adjustment.
